If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.
Used or opened beauty products (gel polish) cannot be returned due to hygiene.
  1. Pack the return well and firmly. Use the original packaging.
  2. Open the track and trace link in the last email sent to go to the portal.
  3. At the bottom of this page you will find a link to the returns page.
  4. Register the return.
  5. Print the shipping label and stick it on the shipping box.
  6. Return the package free of charge via a PostNL point near you.
